(1) The concerned employee who is not satisfied with the promotion recommendation made by the promotion committee may file a complaint before the committee within thirty five days from the date of such recommendation. In this way, the employee making the complaint will also have to disclose the clear grounds on which he should be promoted. In the case of such complaints, it will be decided within sixty days from the date of expiry of the complaint.
(2) If there is a need to amend the previously published promotion list after the complaints received under sub-section (1) are resolved, the committee shall inform the promotion committee.
(3) If the complaint filed under sub-section (1) is found to be false, two points will be deducted from the total score of the complainant for the promotion after the complaint. (4) Other provisions related to promotion complaints shall be as prescribed.
